As Safe as Yesterday Is é o álbum de estreia da banda de rock Humble Pie, lançado no Reino Unido em agosto de 1969. O álbum alcançou a 32ª posição na UK Albums Chart. Apresentando os ex-frontmen Steve Marriott (ex-Small Faces) e Peter Frampton (ex-The Herd). Embora o grupo tenha sido formado tecnicamente em janeiro de 1969, os compromissos finais da turnê de Marriott com sua antiga banda, seguidos por disputas legais com a antiga gestão de Frampton, atrasaram o lançamento de qualquer álbum até agosto, período em que a banda ensaiou e gravou material suficiente para preencher pelo menos três álbuns .
